BlindsOnLine.com, Inc. merchandise is manufactured in the USA to the highest industry standards. Our manufacturers warrant to the original purchaser that their product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and as long as the product remains in the original window.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
Not all blinds and shades sold by BlindsOnLine.com, Inc. are covered by this limited lifetime warranty.
Certain product sizes are excluded from this warranty and are indicated in the "ordering and installation information" section on the product details pages.
BlindsOnLine.com, Inc. will be the intermediary between you and the manufacturer if your blinds require warranty service. All merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.
Warranty service is made at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Do not send merchandise requiring warranty service to our office.
To obtain warranty service, follow the directions below.
Warranty Policies and Procedures:
To obtain warranty service, call customer service and request a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA). You will be asked what is wrong with the blind or shade, your original order number, the type, size and color of the blind in question. Customer service will review your information and respond to you usually within 24 to 48 hours. Once a return authorization number is issued, you will be instructed where to ship the merchandise to. This warranty shall not apply to any of the parts that have failed due to accident, negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installation, or maintenance. Failure to follow instructions for operating or installing the product, loss of color intensity due to exposure to the sun over a long period of time, exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear shall not be covered by this warranty.
Certain products such as wood blinds and woven wood shades are natural products and will have a tendency to have slight variations in color and grain patterns. Real wood products may warp slightly over time. These types of imperfections are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the limited lifetime warranty.
The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any parts or components that may prove defective in normal use within the life of the blind. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect any product or component prior to repair, or replacement. You are responsible for the charges to ship your merchandise to the manufacturer. If the defect proves to be covered by this warranty, the manufacturer will pay for shipping the product or replacement back to the original purchaser anywhere in the contiguous United States.
No agent or employee of BlindsOnLine.com, Inc. has the authority to alter the obligation of this warrantee. This warranty does not apply to commercial orders or quantity quotes.
All blinds and shades supplied by BlindsOnLine.com are custom made to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we understand that mistakes may be made. If you have incorrectly measured a blind or shade we will work with you to find the least costly method of replacing it. BlindsOnLine.com, Inc. is not liable for customer measuring errors.
