How do I measure for my blinds?

A: Never measure an existing blind or shade to order new ones. They will not fit as the factory will modify the measurements you supply according to the mounting type.

It is important to read the measuring instructions for each and every product that you will be ordering. Measuring instruction videos and written are available on our website for each product and can be printed for your convenience. It is important to note, that not every product is measured the same way, so be sure to read the instructions that relate to the product you are ordering.


How do I place an order?

A: The best way to place an order is on our web site. You can simply press the "Buy Now” button and follow the instructions. If you are having trouble placing an order online you may call our toll free number 1-866-811-7727 and we will be happy to assist you. Blindsonline.com accepts Master Card, Visa, and American Express as forms of payment.


What brand are the blinds and shades that you sell?

A: Most of the blinds and shades that we sell are our own BlindsOnLine.com brand. BlindsOnLine.com has partnered with some of the largest manufacturers of window blinds in the U.S.A. to bring you a top quality product. If a national brand is sold on our web site it will be noted as such.


How long will it take to get my blinds?

A: Actual delivery times vary by product. "Express” blinds ship in 2 days. Most other products ship within 5 to 10 business days. An email will be sent to you with tracking information when your blinds leave the factory.


 Do you charge for shipping?

A: No. There is a $5.00 handling fee added to each order (not each blind) at checkout to cover administrative fees. Oversize orders may incur additional shipping which will be noted during the check-out process.


Why did I receive a partial shipment?

A: There are a number of reasons why your order may not arrive at the same time. Your order for the same product may have shipped in multiple packages. If you ordered multiple product types, then it is likely that your blinds shipped from different factories in a different location. Please be patient the remaining blinds will arrive shortly. If you are short a package it is likely the remaining packages will arrive the next business day.


Are your blinds covered by a Warranty?

A: Yes. Most of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Check the "Features and Options Explained” section for a product for information related to warranty. To obtain warranty service contact Blindsonline.com.


What happens if the blinds I order the wrong size or color?

A: If the size or color you provide was incorrect BlindsOnLine.com will try to offer alternative solutions to correct the problem. All items sold by BlindsOnLine.com are custom made to your specifications and therefore are not returnable. If there was an error made by the factory, we will do what is necessary to correct the problem.


Do you charge sales tax?

A: We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York State.


Do you ship to places outside the United States?

A: Orders placed on our website are limited to the 48 contiguous states. If you live outside this area, you may email us at customerservice@blindsonline.com or call toll free 1-866-811-7727 to discuss your options. We try to accommodate all requests. Orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states will incur shipping charges.
We do not ship to Canada.
