If you’re not completely satisfied with the blinds or shades purchased from BlindsOnLine.com contact customer service within 20 days upon receipt of your blinds or shades and we do everything in our power to make you a happy customer. If we are unable to satisfy you we will authorize a return of the merchandise for a full refund providing you followed these simple guidelines:

  • It is important to follow the measuring instructions provided for each product that you order. If a blind does not fit properly based on the measurements you provide a refund will not be authorized.
  • If color or texture is important, you must order free swatches prior to placing your order. If the item color matches the color swatch sent to you within industry standards a refund will not be authorized. (Note: computer monitors do not display colors accurately)
  • Return requests must be submitted to BlindsOnLine.com within 20 days of delivery.

Upon authorization, items being returned must be in good order in the original cartons. Shipping charges to BlindsOnLine.com is all you pay.

On the rare occasion that we make an error on your order or if items are damaged in shipment simply contact customer service and we will correct the problem.
