"This email is very belated, but I wanted to let you know how we loved the blackout blind. The quality was more than we expected considering the other blinds we had ordered from another source. The weight of the blind is excellent, as is the chain that draws the blind. The gimp trim is applied with excellent skill. Most of all, the colors were all the mark. We use this blind twice a day, and it is weighty, yet it draws without a hitch. My only regret is that we didn't find you sooner to supply the other blinds in our home. My husband really appreciated the high quality hardware. The blind blacks out the light, and keeps the heat at bay upstairs. The sun beats in that particular window, and this blind helps reduce heat. Thanks again for all your help. We will be doing the blinds downstairs soon, and will go to you first."
