Comfortex Corporation certifies that the Comfortrack™ Plus Energy Saving Sidetrack Insulation System is an "Eligible Building Envelope Component" that qualifies as insulation for the Federal Tax Credit for existing homes which is allowed under section 1121 of the American Reinvestment & Recovery Act of 2009.

Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined this certification statement, and to the best of my knowledge and belief, the facts are true, correct and complete. Shades must be placed in service between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010.
